R&O Recovery Inc., with the permission of the property owner/leasing office, will monitor the property, look for vehicles with expired plates, or vehicles that are parked in handicapped spots, fire lanes, and other unauthorized parking spots. We will also alert the property owner about the vehicles to be towed, at no expense to property owners or management.


Providing signs at no cost to the property owner or managment. If the signs are damaged, we will replace them at no charge within 24 hours.

R&O Recovery has a private storage facility where we take the vehicles to impound. The local city police department is called to report the vehicle, they will clear the vehicle and insure the vehicle is not stolen.
